Nature has always been a place of renewal for me. It is immediate evidence of a supreme and loving God. Many summers spent along the gulf coast and frequent college trips to the Smoky Mountains gave me a deeper appreciation for our wild spaces and ecological diversity in the Southeast. Soon I was addicted to shooting waterfalls, lakes and rivers everywhere I went. Today I enjoy photographing wide angle landscapes and wildlife of all kinds.

My goal for each photograph is to capture a scene and moment in such a way that causes the viewer to stop and take notice. I want to inspire others to get out and explore the beauty around them.
